Sounds high to me. I think they tend to go cheaper than the single 4bbl. There may be more of them, and I seem to remember reading that the carb bolt pattern is an odd one requiring adapters to run common carbs.

One on ebay now for $400 BIN.

They're common, a PITA to get carbs for and set up.

You have to use the small Carter WCFB 4-bbl carbs on that intake, and they are VERY tough to find a) in rebuildable condition; b) at a price that won't melt your debit card, and c) finding the right dual-quad air filter for that application. The carbs are smaller and sit closer together than on most other dual-quad setups, so air cleaners and linkages are difficult to come by.

Good luck!

More power! I sold my dual 4bbl and went with a single 4bbl...think it sold on Ebay for about 550-600

http://chryslerpower.com/webstore/Exhau ... S-Manifold I need one! It would take injector bosses nicely for my Megasquirt!

I bought a dual quad poly for $290 + shipping 6 months ago thinking it was a steal. Then about six of them showed up on ebay about the same price. I decided not to use it and sold it for break even just to get rid of it.
