been there and read that before, only thing that is not right there is that the 273 had its own crank till 67, though it is almost the same as the poly and the polyA
and LA cranks will swap in, the diffeance is hole in the end of the crank for mating to the 904 trans which was used behind the 273, miner differance, but don't try to
mate a 273 to a 727 unless you check this.
