Rubber bumpers

I have found all the weatherstrip parts through Restoration Specialties but have not had luck finding the door rubber bumpers, the door latch rod 'anti-vibration' bumper and any tailgate bumpers. Does anyone know where to get them?

You can get similar rubber bumpers at Lowes. For the rod piece, just slip a piece of vacuum hose over the rod. You can't see them with the door closed.

Cheap = good.
