when i finish gathering all the info ill post it here. but, i will say, at this point im 98% sure its a FACTORY converted d200 dually, it had a slide in camper originally, wich i would imagine why the dual wheels and over load springs were installed. but, like i said, after all the data is gathered, and i got enough proof to stomp any arguements, then ill post for sure.

Trey I have only seen one other truck like your 's but it was a 66-67 poly with a 4 spd it was a dealer/ rv converstion , at the time it belong to a guy in Alb & we used it to haul cars from the maloff family collection , from Alb to ElPaso , but he's the one who also had the 68- D100 crew cab auto in dash shifter & thats my
