Any one have experience with these??
I am considering using one to operate the transfer case on my crew cab.
Moving the cross member for the 518, put the transfer case and lever mount
in an awkward location and it may take some goofy linkage to make it work.
However, I saw a SPAL actuator with a 2" stroke and 110 lbs of force that might
work well for operating the NP205. SPAL also has a 3 position programmable switch
that could be used to program in 4H, 2H and N and then manually override for 4L.
I don't see myself using 4L much. This would remove the lever, leaving a lot
more room for passenger feet, console, cup holders, etc. and a cleaner install.
With the CAD Axle up front, I should be able to have a semi-shift on the fly,
all push button operated 4x4 system!
Thoughts??
Linear actuators anyone??
