Were the D100 armrests used from '65 to '67 the same as those used in other years or maybe were just taken from another model (car maybe)? I can't see Dodge making new armrests for the trucks since they were initially just an option so thought they might have just used those already made for another model. Anyone know?

The armrests from '61-'67 should all be candidates for you.
There were slight differences..... but they all attached to the
same grooved metal inner door panel. That all changed in '68.
