Early light duty bumper identification

Post by Andrew240 »

I spotted this fella living on the tail of a 63 (going back for the tailgate this weekend to sell). As I have never seen one in person before, what can I look for to confirm it is an actual light duty bumper? I don't want to sink money into straightening it and cleaning it up if it isn't the real deal:

My favorite part was the ford taillights! I'm guessing the original housings snuffed it, as I found the lenses in truck.

Good deal! It's not as knackered as the photo makes it seem, but it still needs straightened.
