Early Sweptline "Custom" trim package
I was in a salvage yard today looking for some spare parts for my 64 D200, and came across a D100 with a trim kit I have not seen before. It appeared to consist of brightwork along the cab drip rail, and same for a nice trim strip above and following the beltline, but only to where it dips on the bed. The only clue was a little "Custom" badge located just under the wing mirror.
I didn't take a photo and I haven't been able to locate a photo online to show what it looks like, so hopefully my description will suffice.
Unfortunately, it was missing one of the bed moldings, one door molding, and one wiper cowl molding. Can anyone tell me what this trim kit was, and how difficult the missing parts may be to find?

That's the early stainless trim, 61-65. Its the finest trim ever put on a swept, very hard to find and worth a lot! GO GET IT ASAP! And that custom badge on the door is pretty fine too! Getting the drip rail trim off can be difficult as the screws are usually badly rusted. It "twists" off after removing the screws and DON'T LOSE the 3 little pieces that cover the joints!

Thank you! Will do. I read some posts about the drip rail removal, and will give it a try. Any tips on the side trim removal?
If I can't find sections for the missing pieces (two I believe), I will probably sell off the rest to make somebody (or somebodies) with more pieces happy!

There are various pop out clips and/or clips with nuts, on all the pieces. Careful examination reveals whats what and where. Missing pieces can be found, but the bed piece is the hardest.

Bring a drill or grinder to remove those drip rail screw heads, they can be a real bear!

Thanks guys! I'm pretty careful about trim removal, so if I know it is a hodge podge of various attachment pieces, I will just go slow.
I think it had both sides of the bed trim, possibly missing the driver's side though. The only thing I can remember it is missing is the passenger door piece. On the plus side, it has a pristine tailgate, so I may end up letting my pretty decent tailgate go to a new owner.

A ratcheting right angle screwdriver worked for me, with needlenose Vise Grips for the more recalcitrant fasteners.

Pulled the windshield and applied just a little PB blast with a drill bit, and the drip rail came off like butter.
The good news is that I have seven out of ten pieces of the side stainless trim. The bad news is that the truck I pulled it from is a SWB and mine is a LWB. I'm wondering if bed pieces are available for us LWB folks?

Do you have both of the short bed pieces and if so what condition? I have a complete , perfect set for a long bed. May be willing to swap the short for long bed pieces if your's are in same condition. (PM me if that's the case.)

I only have one side- passenger side. I think it has one or two of what I would call hail dings in it. If you are still interested, let me know, and I can shoot you some photos.

If u ship those pieces, put them between 2 pieces of thin plywood. Cardboard etc will NOT work! They'll arrive bent to hell.

Ya, pipe is great, used it many times, but u are limited to only straight trim.
