Mfg Date/Serial No. Decal for 1970 D-100

I am new to the group and look forward to being joining in! I am restoring my 1970 D-100. I neglected to take a picture of the Mfg Date/Serial No. decal on the driver’s side door post and it was sandblasted off so I do not know the date to order a replacement sticker. My Serial No. is D14ABOU145902 and the T.C.N. No. is 10156336. My 60 year old memory tells me it was 3/70, but that has proven to be less reliable as time goes on! Can either of these numbers confirm this date? Thanks for any help you can give me!

Use google.Look for "vin decoder dodge truck".
Yours is a 1970.
But i think you can not find out the month.
