Rear view mirror
Rear view mirror
Does anybody know if all trucks came with an interior rear view mirror. My late model 1965 does not have one and there are no holes for mounting one. From ones I've seen for sale, looks like there would be mounting holes. Thanks,

Re: Rear view mirror
I believe they are an option. My 66 W200 did not have one and a 65 D300 we had did not have one either... no holes or anything.

Re: Rear view mirror
Agreed. My 64 had no mirror and one sun visor. Pretty stripped down.

Re: Rear view mirror
the rule starting in 1967 is they have to leave the factory with 2 mirrors. one on drivers side and either one in middle or one on passenger side or both. before 67 I think they could get away with one. my 61 D300 was ordered with only the drivers side pedestal mirror then it looks like the dealer installed (poorly) a set of west coast.
