Rear rocker panel transition panel

I have started removing the cancer from my 1970 d100; I have full new rockers, floor pans, kick panel repair panels, etc from Execline metal; the quality of the parts is excellent.
The only pieces I can’t seem to find are the curved transition parts that go from a seam at the bottom of the b post or rear of the door, and curve into the new rockers I have.
Can anyone tell me if these parts are available, and if so where? Mine are particularly bad for some reason; probably the worst panels on the entire truck!
