Chrome dashboard components?

I just picked up a '63 parts cab and front clip and a few items caught my eye. A chrome gauge face and surround, chrome glove box door, and a solid bar grille. Are these parts vintage aftermarket? Or were they an available option? My searches haven't produced many answers.

Problem is you need welding mask to read the gauges.

Years ago I picked up a chromed cowl cover for my 66 W100. Guess a Swepty owner had one chromed. Looks good on my truck.
