Parts Interchange

Does anyone know the part interchange between cars vs. trucks on interior parts? specifically window cranks, door pulls and arm rests. I have a '71 d100 looking to replace those parts with possible new re-production I'm not to worried about "correct" parts. I have found door pulls which I think are the same but not sure. any help would be great, thanks.
