Dash and steering wheel restoration

My 69 sat for a few years and the dash and steering wheel are dry but dirty. I washed the interior today but the wheel and dash face aren't cleaning up well. The dash face is painted metal. The wheel is black plastic. Any suggestions on cleaning both real well? Thanks.
