bumper
Re: bumper
There was a factory light duty bumper that came out in '69 and was used throughmywifes71 wrote:Do they make a reg. style bumper that will work on 71 d100 other than a step for the rear?
'71. They're tough to find and when you do... get ready to shell out a wad of cash.
The '61-'68 factory light duty rear bumper is also a bit hard to come by. Others have
used the late '60s to mid '70s Ford rear bumper, as they're somewhat close
in appearance. You can probably buy one new at Walmart.

Re: bumper
my solution,
I had the big, ugly, heavy, rear step bumper that made my truck look like it belonged on a rail road track with rail wheels! I hated it. I simply took the front bumper off another sweptline, welded on my rear bumper brackets, and presto!!!! It looks and fits great, perfect match to the front, looks factory and sharp!!!!! Really cleaned it up!!!
Do this!!! its easy, fun, and your truck will now attract the chicks!!!!
Please dont put any ford parts on your mopar.
