Windshield

Post by Brudog »

If I were to get a parts truck, such as a D100, would I be able to use the windshield from it if it were in decent shape?

My truck = 67.5 - 68 W200 Crew Cab, with a cracked windshield.

I have seen the posts that a good glass shop should be able to replace the windshield, but was curious if I did acquire a parts truck, if that was something that was interchangeable between the Ds and Ws through the years. The more I can use from a parts truck the better luck I will have in convincing the wife that it is a good idea to get one... :dance

Thanks in advance.

Jim
