heat and air

Post by Papac3 »

Has anyone installed a vintage air or old air system? If so which model and was it an "easy " install? Getting the 62 back together and to the point I need to decide what to do for heat and air.

Thanks

Installed a Gen II kit in 2000. Fairly easy and works well.Only complaint was the heater control is cable controlled and is kind of stiff to operate regardless of routing and lube.I believe current controls are more elec. controlled. I was able to modify the original compressor mount to support the Sanden comp. Also Vintage was easy to work with. Also it blows cold.GP
