The bolts on the sheet metal on the front end is rusted and I cant seem to get them to budge with a ratchet and pliers. Any suggestions as to how I can get em out?

Penetrating oil and heat. If that does not work, impact wrench. Last resort, sizzling blue wrench (cutting torch).

You will get them out. And use a box wrench, not pliers.

Are you using a six point socket?

actually based on your question , i am thinking you need to get a propane torch , heat the nut not the bolt use or penetrating fluid, a socket with less points will give you a better grip or a box end wrench, if it does not brake loose twist the bold right off the nut. I'll be doing the same soon , i got lotsa rust , in fact i dont know if the truck is red or rust

Another suggestion..... :idea
Tell us exactly which bolts you're having problems with.
It might lead to a few more suggestions from members. :Thumbsup

If you can get to the threads heat them enough to melt candle wax. The wax will suck into the threads and many times you can unscrew the nut pretty easy. Doesn't work every time, first time, but often enough it is my choice in a situation like this if you can do it.
