Utiline bed isolation blocks

Post by Hardcase »

Re: the topic - I think that this is what I'm asking about. The six mounting bolts each go through a rubber isolation block, but one of mine is missing (at some point, before I replaced the wood, one of the bolts fell out and so did the block). Does anybody make these anymore? Or does anyone (Bud?) have one sitting around?

If you can't find a good used or new old stock one... get a mower guard rubber flap at the tractor dealer. Cut your new insulators out of that. Cord reinforced, correct thickness, even the bolt holes are the correct diameter. I need to make new ones for my 49. By the way, you can replace the double nub version on the floating sill, it has bolt holes already... eliminates some squeaking and rattling.
If I didn't build it, it ain't mine.
