Another educational question gents; on the 69 d100 adventurer that my son and I are restoring for him someone has put white 80's pierced metal rims on it which looks ok, but in future we want to put more appropriate covers back on. Surfing the internet I have seen full hub caps on the adventurer which are sort of spoked looking (not a huge fan) and also I have seen white steel rims with a large dog dish style hubcap that covers up 80% of the rim and says dodge on them.
Can anyone straighten me out on what would be appropriate for a 69 adventurer, and then the next question will be can you find them?

Not a whole lot of choices. Here's a page out of the 69-71 parts book.
Not all these were available for '69.

Re: 69 adventurer wheel covers
Thanks; I wasn't sure if there was one specific wheel cover for the adventurer trim line, or if there were several options.
I guess I need to start tracking down some of those dog dish covers!

Re: 69 adventurer wheel covers
I think the 4th and 5th ones down in the 1st column were available on the 1/2 ton Adventurer. I don't know if any of the others were. The 3/4 ton would have had different ones.

Re: 69 adventurer wheel covers
A '69 D-100 Adventurer would have had the wheel covers shown in the fourth row, first column.
(The similar one shown fourth row, third column, without the fratzog in the center, was for Fargos)
The one below it, at very bottom left, in all my research, was '71 (and maybe late '70?) only.
These show up occasionally on eBay in various conditions.
