Lower Trim Clips 1970 D100
My truck has the small stud coming out of the panel that your slide the clip on, no screws needed.
If anyone knows a source, please head me in that direction.
Plan B, If you have an idea on a good way to attach the moldings without the clips, let me know that too.

They are DIsco clips from a company in Olahoma. They sell to Oreilly's.
