replacing floors

Post by allsupj »

I need to replace both sides of my floor and may do the rockers too. I plan on using the exline parts and was wondering if anybody has done these? Going from memory it looks like there are spot welds along the door side of the floor that can be drilled out. I think his panels have the side bent down for this. Are the other three sides just cut then? I wonder if it is more work to replace the floor and then the rocker later or if both at the same time is the way to go. Anyone have any advice for me?

If you do floor and rocker at same time, Brace cab with welded in temporary supports or it may be all screwed up. :thinking

I already thought of that. It would probably be a good idea for just the rocker alone. Thanks
