New Seat..will it fit?

Post by Jesuschrystler »

I just bought a 1979 Lil Red Express Truck bench seat in great condition. Will it fit my 1970 D-100?

Almost all full size trucks up until some time in the 90s were a full 59" across. Smaller trucks are 52".
There is a thread on here somewhere that said all Dodge seats for Full-size trucks, Vans, A-Body cars up to 1989 used the same seat core...again 59 inches.

Mounting them is up to you :)

I have a thread on here somewhere that shows a bunch of different full size truck seats
while I was hunting seats. I found that the Dodge width STILL really hasn't changed,
at least up to about 2005.
