What mirrors were available in 1968 for D100's

Post by wally426ci »

In brochure photos I seen the little mirrors and the big "farmer" mirrors.......

My truck has the 3 little mirror holes on the driver side only. as well as both doors having the farm mirror holes. My uncles 71 has the big mirrors....

:study the parts book didnt answer anything b/c theres like 20 styles to choose from...

Wally,
It sounds like you had the West Coast Jr. mirrors on your truck.I think I have seen more trucks with them than any other style.A look through the regestry would give you a pretty good idea of what is out there. What kind of mirror do you like best?

Thanks I cant decide..... I like the simplicity of the small guys... but I dont mind the big ones either. Like the cars, Id say maybe the passenger mirror was another option? so maybe I just had a driver side mirror.

:thinking

Wally

You should find out the three holes on the door are there on every door.

One of the small 3 holed mirror posts was standard on the driver's door with a small round mirror. All other mirrors were added options.
