Does anyone know off the top of their heads the correct hose diameter (2", 2 and 1/4 or 2 and 1/2) for the heater to defroster duct?
Since my Sweptline was only used in Texas, the hoses rotted off years ago and never got replaced...I could use TWO sets, one for the 68 Utiline and 62 Town Wagon. The Town Wagon really hasn't needed much heat since I left Ohio in October 03. Now I am located in NE Tennessee in the mountians and have to worry about things like heaters, defrosters and snow tires.

you can also take out the defrost ducts and measure them also.

Re: defroster hose size
got a piece of 2" hose yesterday and it certainly is a pita it get it on...I have one connection left undone, at the heater box, so I think I will go after it again with soap for a lubricant and a pair of spreader pliers.
