Haven't done ANYTHING on the bed...in laws in town...but dad has been working on the doors and replacing the weather seals...doors close much better now...still need to adjust them so they are square...

i had that same problem... it turns out the guy that owned it before me made a custom bed mount for it... long story short, the bed mount was causing the bed to sit up too high in comparison to the cab.. after i wittled away at the front passenger bed mount... it almost sat perfect... i would look at that before anything.
