Nope there not factory , could be the early style bed rails , if they work or help to tie stuff down use them or pull them off & fill in the holes

Thanks! I suspected they didn't belong. However, they may stay. I bought this truck to use as a truck, so they may come in handy. Plus, I really don't think they look bad.

Look for a GM part number, I think these came on high line Gm Pickups in the 70's.
