With rust in those spots I bet you'll need a cab , most of the time it starts above the windshield , & runs down through the side like that , if you can cut & weld you can fix it even with another rusted cab , just find one that has it in different spots & check it where yours is bad , just tap with a small hammer , & you can tell by the sound , kinda like looking for a stud in a wall

Wow. With rust like that, does the cab have any floors or rockers left?

The floors and rockers are in great shape it's just the spots I showed plus over the top of the front windshield.

Yeah, not easy but as said above cutting out and replacing is the only fix for it. Probably still easier than finding a complete rust free cab to replace it with. You should be able to find a cab with other rotted out areas and good door posts/windshield brow.
