Hey guys are the "Front" doors on a 70 crew cab D200 the same as the doors on a 69-71 D100?

The '68-'71 door latches/handles are the same. The '67 doors have the
same latch and outer handle but the inner handle & window crank is
the same as the '61-'66 doors.
