I found these on Summit, from Energy Susoension for the Life Style trucks.
They list the same kit as D/W100-300 and it looks like it has extra parts
to accommodate extra body lift. Also looks like it has urethane front mounts
instead of using belts. $64 seems reasonable. Anyone see a reason they wouldn't
work? I need some NOW!!!

I saw those too...but hesitated because I was told poly bushings may be too stiff...
hmm...maybe thats our only best bet!

I recently removed the cab from a 77 and I didn't end up with that much stuff as in the picture above. I had a rubber piece between the cab and frame, another rubber piece below the mount on the frame, 2 washers, a bolt and a nut for each corner. The rubber pieces looked like the ones in the upper left corner of the picture. What is all the other stuff for? Does a crew cab have more than 4 mounting points?

I went and dug out the instructions on Energy suspensions website.
http://www.energysuspension.com/pdf_instruc/17070.PDF

The top left 2 are the top rear mounts, the middle left 2 are the front
top mounts, the top right 4 are the lower mounts for front and rear.
The bottom left are the rad support isolators. The washers on the right
are the washers for the bottom of all 6 positions. The middle 2 washers
are the top of the rad support. The left 4 washers are the tops of the
cab mounts. It isn't obvious where the sleeves go though. It says
reuse the OEM sleeves on the body mounts and doesn't mention the
rad support, which would only need 2.

The rear mounts I pulled from my W200 crew cab were about 1/4" thicker
than the ones I pulled out of the D100 reg cab parts truck. My thoughts are
to use the taller top mounts in the rear. Use 2 of the rad support mounts for
the front. Use all 4 lower mounts. Then use the 2 remaining rad support
mounts on the rad support, because it will probably need a little boost
is that thicker rad mount is used on the front body, instead of belting.
If more lift was needed on the rad support, 57 Chevy puck motor mounts
could probably be used. They are rubber and cheap. The smaller top mount
would be left over. Although who knows, the geometry of the Lifestyles might
be close enough that they could be used the same way on the Swepts and pick
up a 1/4" to 1/2" body lift.

I just emailed Energy Suspension requesting the heights of the top mounts.
Hopefully they are in the ball park!!!

Poly is stiffer than rubber, however the 38 year old ones I pulled from both
trucks were hard as rocks. Poly would be softer than they are. Also I really
doubt that there is that much flex there. In fact if new rubber mounts behaved
like some of the other new, thick, rubber bushings I have bought, you would
be lucky if they lasted 5 years. I think Poly would be fine, and the only option,
unless Steele starts popping them.

I got an email back from Energy Suspension today.
They just sent me a chart, which is kind of hard to decipher,
but it looks like the front mount is 1" thick and the rear is 1.2" thick.
My old, rock solid rear mount measures about 1.25" thick. So the
Energy mounts might do the job with an extra shim or two.

I am going to keep digging, I need these bad!

Here's the body mount page from a '78-'79 parts book.

I just spoke with a guy at the Mopar headquarters in Centerline, MI.
He gave me Mopar part# 01563193 for the rear rubbers...he said to use 4 to make up the rears. (they only have rubber, no bolts)
I ordered one from my local dealer, I'll let you guys know the outcome!
If not Im calling summit!!

PLEASE KEEP US UPDATED!! How much was it?

I gave the 89 a good look Saturday when I pulled the axle off.
The fronts were about twice as thick and the rears looked real
close. Maybe a touch small, but should be easily shimmed.
