Unibody Sweptline
I'm referring to the bed and cab being connected, not lack of a full frame.
Re: Unibody Sweptline
That is cool... how much are they asking for it?
Probably too much.
Saw a 71 W200 383 for $78899 in Winnipeg...

Re: Unibody Sweptline
They were asking around $18,000, but it gone from their site, so it probably sold. I've always thought it would be cool to make a Sweptline Ramcharger, so starting with something like this might be a head start.mopar wrote: ↑Mon Oct 17, 2022 9:32 amThat is cool... how much are they asking for it?

That 71 is very nice, but way too much money.

Yet another South American Freak! Seen those many times before. The straight body line is the giveaway.hd4tools wrote: ↑Tue Oct 18, 2022 6:18 am

Something shorter, more like the 74-93 Ramcharger. All of those South American SUVs seem to have long wheelbases.hd4tools wrote: ↑Tue Oct 18, 2022 6:18 amsoopernaut wrote: ↑Tue Oct 18, 2022 5:26 amI've always thought it would be cool to make a Sweptline Ramcharger, so starting with something like this might be a head start.

I got the same rims, just no in chrome. Wonder how it handles body flex with frame flexing?

The 1961 - 1963 Ford F100 was available in a unibody configuration. I had one back in the '80s, and it was a good truck. I never noticed any body cracking on that.
