Joeh, my truck was originally that light blue. It was in such poor condition all over and looked horrible. Since it looked like that, I hated the color so I Painted mine Turquoise. However, that being said, I NOW kind of wish I had painted it the original light blue because yours looks so nice!!

That's a VW blue. The man that painted it change the color on me

my '69 was originally close to that color..
rattlecanned black now, unfortunately... it's just starting to peek through in spots now though

i like it on these Sprites, called 'iris blue'

My brother had that identical bugeye Sprite! In 78 we loaded it in the back of my W200 long bed and took it with us on a 1500 mile road trip. Lotsa fun! :lol:

Your truck is in the shade so I didn't notice the difference. But, still... the Light Blue on them looks NICE when the paint is fresh.

One of my hometown friend's dad owned a '60 Bug Eye Sprite. They're a trip
to ride in.... :pale :lol:
