hi I'm new to the group I got this 1968 crew cab dually. It was originally a tow rig for an NHRA dragster in the 19 eighties. It sports a 512 stroker big block. It has an under over box. And it will need a bit of work, due to towing many heavy loads. It's a real Franken truck, I'm going to change the truck and post up some pictures, hopefully you like her.

That must be the one out of the Santa Barbara area with the twin blowers. Really cool truck.

Yes it's the twin paxton supercharger one, you can see the guy's post on bangshift. The Good is the supercharger, 512 motor with nhra billit crank and rotating assembly, but the complexity and backyard engineering on a beer budget cannot be overstated. The main Pinon bearing was blown up and sm465 transmission cracked case?

When you get a chance, please post a closeup of the shift pattern, it looks pretty complex, must be wild to drive!

I saw that shift pattern on the truck when it was advertised on Craigslist. I was wondering if that is for real, or is that a gag?

The shift is real . It has sm465 4 speed transmission with a divorced under over box.
