Hi my name is Jim. Thanks for adding me to the forum. I have a 70 D100 adventurer. And I've had several from 68-71 dodge trucks, but none like the one I'm currently working on. Please chime in if you have seen one like this...as soon as I can figure out how to get a picture on here

Ok...I can't figure out how to make files small enough to put on here...it always says file is to large. I'm trying to do this from my galaxy 3 phone. Any ideas?

Open picture with paint , resize 75 % or so until 256 Kb , save, then upload, there are other methods to keep picture large using a host, but other will have to reply, I don't know the method. 256 is small I wish they would up the size!!!!!!!

Has anyone ever had one of these with a anti sway bar in the front end? I still can't get pics up, but mine has a round tack, round speedo, and to the right of those, there is a 4 gauge cluster. 2 over the top of the other 2. And it's all factory. In dash air as well. Power brakes, 3:55.posi, mid trim and lower trim.

The sway bar was standard. The gauges were available as a heavy duty gauge package.
It sounds like a pretty well optioned truck.

I see buckets, front and rear chrome buckets. Is it a CSS truck?

Too new for a CSS. The Adventurer had the bucket seat option with the center "buddy seat", but no center console like the CSS had. Last CSS was 1967.

Ok, thanks. The truck also has a very interesting story. In the story, when the truck was bought new, before it was picked up at the dealer the new owner wanted the stock 383 removed and a 70 roadrunner 383 put in its place. So..I told a friend of mine if that's true, the 383.hp would have to be a E code 383 hp. And it is. Truck was manufacturer 01/70. Has the old blue truck pan. I bought the truck from second owner. He also said the first owner bought it to haul his race car. And won more racing the truck than the car. And there's evidince of that as well.. :-)

Welcome to the site.
Great looking Adventurer. It has a bunch of nice
options for sure.

Thank you! Yeah, it's a great truck. I've gotten new carpet in it, bucket seats and console are redone as well. It had carpet skits on the doors, and I've got those redone to. Just waiting on better weather to install. :-)
