Pulled into a gas station close to my house and this rolled up next to me.
1948?? International. He told the year i have forgotten. Stated it has all the original wood etc.. Check out the headliner! Cool!
We started talking and he said i need to stop by his shop and check out "The Big Show". Of course i was interested... He stated the street where he lives is literally right across the main road from mine!! Industrial area across the street. Never knew it was there. They have some really neat rats rods they are working on.
The bakery truck below is going to be at the show this weekend in Austin. They slowly wet sanded the old paint off and found the original graphics. Pretty cool. That Bakery truck IS BAGGED and sits in the weeds too..
The truck they call "The Big Show" is freaking AWESOME! I've seen it cursing around, but never knew where it came from.
Sorry for the crap pics, they are off my phone.

Nice pictures!
I pulled up to the pumps last year with my 67 W200 and a mid 60's Mercury 1 ton pulled up on the other side. Wished I had a camera

I usually at least carry my 35mm Nikon with me everywhere, if not my nice digitals for just such an occasion. My wife always wonders why a trip to the gas station takes three hours, until she sees the photographic evidence.

All of those trucks were cool. I'd love to put a woody "headliner" in my truck. The Big Show is aptly named! What year Buick taillights on it?

Those are cool! The IH woodie is likely a 38. It's the inspiration for the new LoneStar line of class 8 trucks from IH.
The Ford COE is cool too. Just three nights ago I was passed by a moving van towing a car trailer that had a 48-52 Ford COE cab on a big pallet on the front of the trailer. By the time I realized in the dark what it was, I didn't get a look at the grille to be more accurate. Makes for a cool street truck when placed on a modern frame. I know where there's a mid 50's Dodge COE I might be able to get. But bringing it home would surely be my demise by the wife.
