I don't think the rims look that bad. If they were a tad smaller or the truck was a bit lower I think it would look good. For some reason the rear wheel looks smaller than the front but I'm sure it is probably an illusion.

looks much better with those rims and an altitude adjustment. Am really liking what looks like a custom built in step.

Those seemed to be an aftermarket item back in the day. I've seen a few trucks with them.
