D200 I bought in Arkansas last May. Strong driver and in pretty darn good shape for an old girl of her age. The original color was Desert Turq.
Enjoy the pics!

I was told this truck hauled a slide in camper for most of it's life. It was then converted to haul a large plastic water barrel or something like that. She came from Arizona, then when to Arkansas where the guy I bought it from bought it from a car lot a couple of years ago. He drove it a little and then parked it in a field behind his house with several other old (V)opars.
It runns real good, I put a battery, muffler, carrier bearing, a couple of brake hoses and had a shop install a new exshaust manifold. The dammed shop screwed that us when they broke of one of the studs and had to tap it out. Drilled into the water jacket in the head. I still leaks a little out the tailpipe. Perhaps I will run across a couple of poly heads and fix that.
The fuel tank needs to be dumped and resealed. Fuel gauge doesn't work. But the others do.
You get thumbs up every time I take her for a spin! This is better thant the 68 Charger I sold!

Some of the bolt holes did go all the way through into the water so that might not be a mistake by the shop. Use sealer on those. Are you sure that the water from the exhaust isn't condensation? There's gasket between the bolt holes and exhaust holes, so there shouldn't be any way for water to get into the exhaust from a bolt.

Well, that is good advice. I haven't been into a poly before so it is new territory for me (and I am sure it was for the shop as well). I know that several Mopar powerplants had bolts that actually went through the water jackets. There was one bolt/stud that they broke while replacing a cracked passenger side manifold. I took it to the shop for that reason (I tried and two bolts wouldn't come loose for me). The water doesn't appear to be condensation, but who knows, it could be. It really isn't a bad problem anyways. I'll check and see if I can tell which one they replaced. Maybe with that info one of you can tell me if it is the bolt you mentioned.Russ wrote:Some of the bolt holes did go all the way through into the water so that might not be a mistake by the shop.
