shes a 383/727 truck, custom cab with the textured roof. the body isnt worth anything, got a few fist sized holes in the cowl area and floor pans. the hoods about all thats good. but it has numerous good stainless and chrome parts, and interior is nice(no seat). the engine, tranny, and shifter assembly are spoken for. but the rest is up for grabs. speak fast, this one will be parted and gone fast. :Thumbsup

Are you parting this truck? If so, how's that steering wheel? Looks a little discolored, but it might just be dirty... Any cracks?

Wanna sell it?

This truck is probably already gone, but I am wondering about the vent windows and door panels.

If the horn ring isn't spoken for I'm interested. Also I am interested in the bright trim that goes around the upper part of the dash, above the instrument cluster. Also if Tragic59 doesn't want the steering wheel I may be interested also.

Thanks,

Hey Trey! How big of a pain is the switch that turns off the turn signal? Mine is broken where it's supposed to kill the left blinker.

man, i guess i missed the fact others had posted here recently. sorry bout that guys.

vance, the vents are in good shape, but the verticle rubber is cracked up, as are all the ones i have ever seen. but the frames arent rusty, and they open and close properly. door panels are good, but in need of paint.

zippy, horn ring is spoken for, steering wheel isnt. it will need a resto, the outer skin is real flaky, and it has some pretty good cracks at the joints. the bright work for the cluster is on my truck now, so its spoken for too :Thumbsup

mesman, this blinker cam has the ears broke of as well. but check ebay, not too long back there was a guy on there selling nos turnsignal cams for our trucks.

ill sell you the whole package for $50 plus shipping. both vent windows and both door panels. once i wiped the grunge off the panels, i relized they arent in need of paint, just in need of something besides root beer brown metallic paint! BTW, these are the stamped steel door panels, is that what you need? also, if theres anything else i can throw in, let me know, maybe save on some shipping. :Thumbsup

What about the wide trim that goes down both sides?
I might go ahead and get that too if the price is good because I may have a future use for it.
I really like the way it looks on these trucks.....

Also might be interested in the chrome that goes around the top of the doors and over the windshield.

Thanks!!

im assuming the air cleaner is for that truck, havent tryed to put it on, its been in the floor board since i got the truck. but the engine is spoken for, so i would imagine if it fits, it needs to go with the motor.

vance, the side trim is complete, but not all the pieces are in good shape. this after noon, ill go out and make an inventory list of whats good and whats not trim wise. the drip rail molding is perrfect, $40 plus shipping gets it.
