1971 Sweptline...well sorta

Post by milestrap »

Before and After: ( finally )

I tried to sell her a few times..:shame (sound familiar huh.)

well I think she just likes me to much..:withstupid

So I gave her some new things.:censored :censored

Now it's a 1971 sweptline sitting on a 1969 3/4 ton 4x4 w/383 4-speed chassis.

oh.. I'm still looking for a lower bell housing cover.
Also a rack for on top of the camper.. ( for the spare tire, gas, jack etc.)

That looks pretty nice! I bet Trey would like a couple of good quality pics for the calendar. I can't wait until mine has a paint job like that!

only original paint here.

Post by milestrap »

Yes you heard me right. That's original paint.. the picture is a little decieving.. there's scratches, chipps and a few small dents to but it still shines up nicely.

I put it together in Bishop, CA.. Those are the White mountains in the background.

I'm now driving it around the southwest.. having way too much fun 4x4in.. going places only my feet would take me before.

Thanks for all the nice comments..
