AC Vents No AIR

I HAVE A 1971 D100 WITH FACTORY AC I REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR DRYER AND EXP VALVE AC WORKS GOOD COLD.BUT ON HIGH OR MED VERY LITTLE VOLUME OF AIR THE FAN MOTOR IS SPINNING GOOD JUST NO VOLUME.ANYONE KNOW WHAT MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM?

Is the blend door opening and closing properly? It might be stuck in the "heat" position.

I once had a car on which the lock screw on the fan came loose and the fan slipped on the shaft. However, it made noise along with the reduced air flow.

Check to see if air is coming out anywhere else. If the plenum doors aren’t working right it may be blowing out the heater or defrost vents. Also check to see if plenty of air blows with the controls set to “heatâ€
