I went to the library at 2 different states (Texas & Colorado) Both had Chiltons with the complete wireing diagrams, and you can make copies

For hose routeing, you will have to find another 69-71 with the same engine you have for comparison. Jim

Your local library also has manuals with complete schmatics of the whole truck, I was implying that surprisingly the library has alot of info on hand about the trucks that has all the possible engine combo's for the years also

Will does your truck have factory AC ? What engine , these will make a difference in how all your hoses are run , 69-71 are the same , under the dash AC systems don't make a difference hope this helps you out
