Where can I get a hazard switch??

So far Advance, Napa, and O'Reilly don't have one.
I'm looking for the switch that is under the wiper switch on the dash and has five blades on the side of it.

How much you want for it? A buddy and I re-wired the truck last weekend and the rivet that holds on the center power post came loose.

Let me know how much you want for your switch and I'll mail you a money order.
