SIMPLE solution needed

Post by Daddiojoe »

OK, I took apart the instrument cluster messing with my fuel gauge (works kinda now, but I'm going to check ground and the unit) but now my ALTERNATOR GAUGE is not reading anything. Everything is connected as far as I can tell, including the alternator.

Please let it be something simple I'm overlooking....

Thanks,

Joe

the alternator gauge is part of the main power supply. your gauge is probably fried if it is not working...

if your guage worker normaly before you took insturiment cluster apart i would recheck wires on back of cluster make sure connections are tight also look for wires that might have pulled loose from close by.
