you might be getting into the 4bbl to much or
323 might be a little to high for getting rolling
I could be getting into the secondaries, but if I am, it is not detectable from the driving experience. The original Carter Ball & Ball would have been a 285cfm.

This truck has an automatic, so there is some additional torque multiplication provided by the torque converter. It does not labor starting from a dead stop, even with a load. The 3:23 gear set is the original.

ive done a couple of a/f sensors for customers
but never on my own rides
but since i'm building a couple of pre 02 cars it would be nice to see whats coming out the tail pipe
being in the biz i was looking at a 5 gas mobile analizer ,was over 4k and haven't really found a need
but to monitor a/f for under $700 on a couple different cars could be useful
thanks

323 is a nice ratio for and auto if your not running anything bigger than a 235/75 0r a 30"
is it still points are you getting full advance at 2500 rpms (what rpms are you running at 65)
i know on good gas sbc likes 30/32 deg think small v8 dodge like around 28 deg ... been a long time since i played with one
but too much advance will detonate , and will have to over fuel to hide it not enough and lose power and need to lean out to keep your combustion temps up
its a fine line to find the sweet spot
