High low beam problems

Wiring, lights, heater controls, anything electrical..

High low beam problems

So I'm having trouble with my low beams they won't come on only high I replaced the high/low button on the floor a d thst dident help now replacing the push pull but can't seem to get it off do I need to remove the dash or can I get it out from underneath..... also low beam flickers on as you turn off high so I know it's not the bulbs ??? Any ideas

I would go back to floor switch and check again with a test light.
My truck is younger than me.
