1970 D100 Turn Signal

1970 D100 Turn Signal

Hi, working through bugs, front right turn signal blinks but does not have driving light on. When I turn on the lights, the green right turn indicator lights up solid. I have the ground wire from the lens holder to the radiator support. The left turn signal is setup the same way. I tried switching the light bulb, same results. Scratching my head here, assistance much appreciated.
