70 w200 wiring

I've finally made some headway on my truck got it running ,lift on ,brakes done, now I have head lights but nothing else (lightning wise) ,I've grounded battery to frame , frame to engine ,and frame to body , bed body to frame , turn signal cam a little loose but not as bad as it some I've had , I've done whole harness before but not on dodges (yet)I'm going to check bulkhead plug , my question is :is there some place I should check that I haven't? or should I just replace the wiring harness ?the harness has some places that it was hacked prior to me , but I would not call it a total ratsnest . anyones posting.php?mode=post&f=21#
