Turn signal lever

Post by Hardcase »

This morning, the turn signal lever came off of my '61. It didn't break, it just looks like the threads are worn out, so it pulled off. On Ebay, it looks like my turn signal lever is late '50s to '61. '62 and on, there's a bend in the lever and it doesn't seem to be threaded the same. My question is, would any Mopar '57-'61 turn signal lever work? There are a few listed, but none that look like mine (the ones on Ebay have a black plastic end rather than all metal). Here's an example: LINK

The lever from my 1965 D100 looks exactly that same as the one in the LINK you provided. It says; SAEQ61P on one side toward the threads and PLYBD on the other side. There are 28 threads per inch.
