Pertronix ignitor lll

Anyone here running one on a 440 or RB for that matter. I purchased one from a friend of a friend and it was only installed and removed. My issue is it talks in the instructions about a ground wire inside the distributer ? Where does it need to go to. The igniter 3 only has a black and red wire coming from the unit itself. Im guessing a ground wire must come off the plate that the ignitor module is mounted to and run it to chassis ground? Can anyone help me out on this one.
