66 turn signal switch?

Post by dogbert22 »

Hi guys,

Newbie here. Just got a 66 D200 Camper Special. Has a new "White" steering wheel. The canceling part of the turn signal is fine, it's the actual switch that is bad and needs replacing. Is a TS-102 the right one? Want to replace but don't know which one to order. All help appreciated. Thanks..l

vintage power wagon just sent out an e mail regarding turn signal switch. It appeared to be inexpensive.

Thanks guys for the help. Chris, yes this was Darren's truck. It was at our mutual friends Gary's shop, parked next to the two Chargers I had stashed there (a '71 & '72, but that's another story) and I ended up with it. Darren did some good work and I'm trying to keep the momentum on keeping the old girl up to snuff. Not too much to do, but there's always something  what year switches work in this '66? We're they all the same up to '71? I also understand that different ones were used in the white vs black steering wheels (according to the Tech section). but I can't see any difference between the two (have both kinds). Finally what ere is this power wagon website? Thanks again for the help...

You may have seen this:
viewtopic.php?f=21&t=35920

I had to take the cam actuator off the original black steering wheel on my '61 and make it fit on the white steering wheel. The ones on the white wheels ( I have 4 of them) all have smaller actuators that will not trip the cam. :thinking
